Our commitments
- Work toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA for applicable digital experiences.
- Support keyboard navigation, visible focus, readable contrast and meaningful labels.
- Provide text alternatives for visual and voice information.
- Support zoom, text resizing, reduced motion and practical touch targets.
- Test with automated tools and people using assistive technologies.
- Provide a clear way to report an accessibility barrier.
Verified conformance statements will be published only after the applicable assessment is complete.
Security
Civic Touch follows a defence-in-depth approach for municipal and resident information. Security is enforced by the platform and its connected services, not only by what is visible on screen.

- Use approved identity providers and role-based access.
- Encrypt information in transit and at rest using approved platform services.
- Keep credentials and protected connection details outside public service content.
- Record important administrative, service and data-access events.
- Test applications, integrations and dependencies before production use.
